At RA Jewellers, we take pride in the quality of our fashion jewellery. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Eligible Reasons for Return:

Item received is damaged or defective

Wrong item delivered

Item significantly different from product description

Non-Returnable Items:

Items that have been worn or used

Items without original packaging

Sale or discounted items

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
